Shipping policy
• You will be sent your tracking # via email within 24hrs, we ship same/next day.
• If you do not receive tracking within 1-2 days, you may contact us.
• We are no longer responsible for your
package once shipped out (lost, stolen, damaged.) If your package is lost, call USPS and file a claim. Once a package is shipped, it is no longer in our hands as we work with a third-party company, USPS.
Pick up policy
• We're located in Cutler-Orosi, Ca.
• Please do NOT be on your way until we confirm with you.
• We accept cash in person during pick up for clothing apparel only! If wanting to pay cash for any custom item, it must be dropped off first before we start customizing.
Final sale
• Everything is final sale. No refunds/returns.
• Exchange for size are only allowed if we have your size you're wanting available, however you will need to pay the shipping cost to send the item back for the size swap along with paying shipping cost for us to send you the new size.
• If you're wanting to size swap and we don't have your size available, you will need to send the item/s back while paying the shipping fee and once we receive, we will give you store credit!
• If there is a flaw on the item/s please contact us immediately within 24hrs that you received the item/s, if it's passed the 24hr mark, we will not be able to do anything for you.
• If you're size swapping, item/s must be unworn and must be sent back with tags on.
RESHIPMENT FEE
• If your shipment is returned due to an invalid address, a new label will need to be issued and paid for. You will receive an email with a reshipment cost link, and you are responsible for payment.
